The Herring Family Entrepreneurial Leadership Village is a space for entrepreneurial leaders of all kinds to come together to learn, collaborate and take action.

Babson's Herring Family Entrepreneurial Leadership Village - Residential Innovation Community (HELV - RIC) is a living-learning community, brought to you by the Herring Family Entrepreneurial Leadership Village and Residence Education. The HELV-RIC is designed to develop relationships among students with similar interests while building a community based on entrepreneurial leadership.

The HELV-RIC is a key component of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Village (HELV). The Herring Family Entrepreneurial Leadership Village (HELV) at Babson College is a community both physical and virtual where Babson, its extended ecosystem, and people around the world come together to learn, collaborate, and take action. It is made possible by a major gift from the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.
